Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or major holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the weight of your package.

Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days.

Free Shipping: We occasionally offer free standard shipping on orders over a specific value (e.g., $75+). Check our website banner for current promotions.

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, high seasonal volume, or weather conditions.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been handed over to our carrier, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

The tracking number will typically become active within 24 hours.

You can use this number on the carrier’s website to monitor your package's progress directly.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Zalvera® is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (including tariffs, taxes, and brokerage fees).

Please check with your local customs office if you are ordering internationally to understand potential costs.

Damages and Missing Packages

Zalvera® is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting our support team.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

We ship to the address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping information before finalizing your order. Zalvera® is not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
