Our 30-Day Love It Guarantee

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Whether it's a sizing issue or it just wasn't the right fit for your wardrobe, we are here to make it right.

Eligibility for Returns

To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, we have strict hygiene standards for returns:

Condition: Items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition.

Hygiene: We strictly require that all shapewear be tried on over your own undergarments. Items that show signs of wear, scents, makeup stains, or lack original tags and packaging will not be accepted for a refund.

Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original Zalvera® packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Gift cards.

Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.

Items returned more than 30 days after the delivery date.

The Return Process

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email support@zalvera.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

  2. Approval: If your return is accepted, we will send you a Return Authorization and instructions on where to send your package.

  3. Shipping: Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If you need a different size, please reach out to our support team, and we will do our best to expedite the process for you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Processing Time: Most banks and credit card issuers take 5–10 business days to post the refund to your account once we have issued it.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@zalvera.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right at no additional cost to you.
